The company is willing to negotiate a "Strategic Solution" with Silver Bull Resources (T:SVB) to develop the property, start mining operations and abandon ALL lawsuits.
THIS IS THE ONLY PRACTICAL SOLUTION WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME THAT CLEANS THE COMPANY MAKES IT VIABLE AGAIN AND ALLOWS FOR FUTURE FINANCING OF ITS OPERATIONS AND THE BEST OPTION FOR ALL STAKEHOLDERS.
Sierra Mojada Deposit
- With NI-43-101 global resources of 70.4 million tonnes Measured and Indicated silver and zinc oxides, grading 3.4% zinc and 38,6 g/t silver totalling 5.354 billion pounds of zinc and 87.4 million ounces of silver. About half shallow and high grade, i.e. 11.2% zinc and 114.9 g/t silver
- Sierra Mojada Resources estimates. about 200,000 tons of zinc at 10% in SVB surface "terreros" ready to be mined without mining costs or requiring permits like explosives, land use, environmental or a tailings pond . The company can be financiable independent with one year of starting processing the surface Zinc oxides.
